According to multiple insiders, Kyle was “furious and humiliated” after learning that her former RHOBH co-star Lisa Rinna had purchased a mansion directly across the street from her $8 million home, allegedly to “keep tabs” on Kyle’s every move.
“Kyle felt like it was a sick joke,” one insider revealed. “Rinna’s house-hunting agent told her this was ‘pure coincidence,’ but Kyle doesn’t buy it for a second. She thinks Lisa is obsessed — with her life, her fame, even her friends.”
‘You’ll Never Be Me!’
Things reportedly came to a boiling point when Kyle confronted Rinna during a private charity event, accusing her of trying to “mirror” her every lifestyle choice — from interior designers and workout trainers to the same cosmetic surgeon.
“Kyle told her, ‘You can buy the house, the clothes, even the same car — but you’ll never be me!’” the source dished. “Everyone at the table went silent. Rinna laughed it off, but she was fuming.”
Witnesses claim Rinna fired back, allegedly saying Kyle’s “insecurity is showing” and that she should “be flattered someone still wants to be near her.”

Kyle’s friends are reportedly “creeped out” by how eerily similar Rinna’s new life setup is. Not only did she hire the same interior designer Kyle used for her Beverly Hills estate, but sources say she even asked for the same paint color names and furniture catalog.

Although both women have since exited The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Bravo producers are reportedly “desperate” to get cameras rolling again — calling the feud “too iconic to ignore.”
Kyle has allegedly made it clear she’s “done being copied”, while Rinna continues to post cryptic Instagram Stories about “jealous women who project their insecurities.”
“Kyle’s done playing nice,” the source concluded. “She told friends, ‘Lisa can live across the street, but she’ll never live rent-free in my head again.’”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum posted an Instagram carousel featuring some of her most memorable moments with her youngest daughter, including childhood birthdays, family vacations, equestrian competitions, and at-home cooking sessions.
“Happy birthday my sweet angel,” Yolanda captioned the post. “Remembering this beautiful, perfect day 29 years ago when I gave birth to you and you greeted me with your eyes open, I have been madly in love with you since that moment and forever will be deeply and unconditional.”
Yolanda went on to praise Bella’s resilience, compassion, and courage, all of which brought her more “pride than words [could] express."
“You remind us that beauty is not just what we see, but what we feel when you’re around,” she continued. “I pray this year will bring you healing, peace and endless creativity. Keep shining my love, and know that you are loved today, tomorrow, and always. I’m so proud of the woman that you are and the light you bring to this world. I love you endlessly!”

Yolanda’s post also included a family photo with Bella’s dad, Mohamed Hadid, whom Yolanda divorced in 2003 after nearly a decade of marriage. Mohamed also celebrated Bella’s special day in an Instagram post, which featured photos from their father-daughter date night at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival.
“The happiest birthday to my lovely daughter,” Mohamed wrote. “So proud of all your love to our world. The kindest of hearts and a soul of an angel.”
Yolanda and Mohamed also share a 26-year-old son, Anwar Hadid, and a 30-year-old daughter, Gigi Hadid, who made sure to show Bella some birthday love. Gigi posted several childhood photos of her and her little sister, as well as a cute snap of her 5-year-old daughter, Khai, with auntie Bella.

Bella Hadid shares an update on her health journey
The birthday came just weeks after Bella revealed her recent hospitalization. The Beverly Hills daughter shared an Instagram post in which she apologized for being “MIA.” The carousel had a series of photos and videos of Bella lying on a hospital bed, attached to IVs. She did not provide details on her hospital stay; however, Yolanda suggested it was related to Bella’s years-long battle with Lyme disease.
