Saints Break Out Stunning White Helmets in Bold Seattle Showdown
Now this is cool. The New Orleans Saints made a much-anticipated announcement on when they'll be breaking out their new white helmets -- and it's Week 3's road game with the Seattle Seahawks. Unlike the alternate black lids, these helmets were designed to compliment the Saints' popular "Color Rush" uniforms. The few photos we've seen of them together so far have made for one of the cleanest looks in the league.
Hopefully it makes a difference on Sunday. The Saints are riding a four-game win streak against Seattle, including wins on the road here in 2019 (33-27) and 2021 (13-10). But right now New Orleans is stuck in a two-game losing skid to start the 2025 season, and starting quarterback Spencer Rattler has a record of 0-8 while searching for his first career win. Righting the ship would go a long way.
If you're curious, the Saints have achieved a 9-11 record in the "Color Rush" uniforms, which were introduced back in 2016. They've also used these uniforms in Seattle, and beaten the Seahawks while wearing them. They need to try anything that could help get into the win column.
BREAKING: Kaleb Johnson FIRES BACK After Seahawks Blunder – “I’ll Prove You All Wrong!”

"I DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR CRITICISM. BRING IT ON. I’LL SHOW YOU WHY YOU DON’T MESS WITH ME NEXT GAME!"
In a fiery and defiant response to the waves of criticism following his costly mistake in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ 17-31 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, rookie running back
“I don’t care about your criticism. Bring it on. I’ll show you why you don’t mess with me next game,” Johnson said, his voice dripping with determination and a hint of frustration. The rookie’s bold statement came after being slammed for a critical error in the third quarter, when he mishandled a crucial kickoff, leading to an easy touchdown for the Seahawks.
The incident sent shockwaves through the Steelers' fanbase and across the NFL, with critics quickly jumping on the young running back’s mistake. Many have labeled Johnson’s performance as “costly,” “unfocused,” and “rookie-level,” but Johnson isn’t fazed by the negative attention.
“I’m sick of the haters. I’m gonna use this to fuel me. Next game, you’ll see a whole different Kaleb Johnson,” he added, clearly fired up about proving his doubters wrong.
Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin didn’t mince words, calling Johnson’s mistake “unacceptable,” but also emphasizing the importance of growing through adversity. “Every player in this league has their ups and downs. What matters is how you respond,” Tomlin stated. "Kaleb’s got the talent, but he’s got to show it on the field. He’s got to rise above the noise."
Johnson’s fire isn’t just about silencing critics. He’s determined to prove that his presence on the field is no fluke. “I’ve got a lot to prove. And I’m gonna prove it,” he said. “I’m not here for the cheers. I’m here to make plays, make my team better, and show every single person who doubts me that they were wrong.”
It’s clear that Johnson is fed up with being the target of criticism. The next game is shaping up to be a major turning point for him, and Steelers fans will be eagerly watching to see if Johnson can turn his frustration into a dominant performance.
With the Steelers’ offense struggling in recent weeks, this could be the perfect moment for Johnson to showcase his skills and secure a more prominent role in the team’s offense. If he can channel his anger into performance, he could easily become the player the Steelers have been looking for in the backfield.
