‘RHOSLC’ Star Mary Cosby’s Son ARRESTED on Assault & Trespassing Charges

“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Mary Cosby’s son, Robert Cosby Jr., was arrested for criminal trespassing, assault, failure to stop at the command of law enforcement and three counts of violating a court order.
The arrest took place just outside of Salt Lake City on Saturday after local police responded to a domestic violence report, according to TMZ.
Police claim Robert Jr. attempted to break into his father-in-law’s home through a dog door on the property. He also allegedly assaulted someone on the front lawn.
After police arrived on the scene, the responding officer ordered Robert Jr. to get on the ground — which he initially failed to comply with. He later followed the officer’s order and was taken into custody.
Robert Jr. was taken in by police on charges of criminal trespassing, assault, failure to stop at the command of law enforcement and three counts of violating a court order.
Reps for Cosby, Bravo and the Salt Lake City Police Department did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
This is Robert Jr.’s latest run-in with police following his 2022 DUI arrest, according to the outlet.
In the 2022 arrest, police claimed the reality star was operating a vehicle without a license and disobeyed traffic laws. Though, the other charges were dropped after he plead guilty to the DUI charge.
The 21-year-old later found himself in trouble with the law again after he reportedly failed to prove he finished a court-ordered rehab stay.
The 21-year-old previously admitted he started taking drugs at 16 during a tearful episode of “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” in November 2024. Bravo

Robert Jr. previously discussed his issues with drug and alcohol addiction in an emotional episode of the Bravo reality series, which aired in November 2024.
In the episode, he confessed that he started taking drugs when he “just turned 16.”
“At first, I was like, I’m just gonna stick to natural stuff. And then, I went to a party, and someone gave me a Xanax. And then I was like, ‘Oh, I like this,’ so I started buying it,” he recalled.
“Then I started doing Xanax with acid and then molly with Xanax, because I like Xanax, so i mixed it with everything –– Xanax and cocaine.”
He went on to share that he reached a “turning point” when he “was taking 10 [30 milligram OxyContin pills] at once, and I couldn’t even feel it. I couldn’t feel it at all.”
Robert Jr. went to rehab for his addiction issues, and according to his mom, had become a “new person” thanks to his treatment.
“Rob is doing so good,” she said while tearfully offering the update on an episode of “Watch What Happens Live” in December 2024. “I am so proud of him, so proud of him.”
