Fans have been patiently waiting for Steffy to return to the canvas on The Bold and the Beautiful and soon viewers will get to see the fan fave character back on their screens. The CBS soap’s supervising producer Casey Kasprzyk took to his social media to announce that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood was back on set and taping scenes in the show’s new home at the Sunset Las Palmas Studios.

“Excited to have Jacqueline MacInnes Wood back on set and taping her first scenes at our new studio!” Kasprzyk cheered while sharing a photo of Wood with her fellow castmates Tanner Novlan (Finn), Sophia Paras McKinlay (Kelly) and Bryan David Garlick (Hayes).

For those who don’t recall, Wood was last seen on July 28 when Steffy said her goodbyes to Finn before leaving Los Angeles for an extended trip. And the trip kicked off Wood’s maturity leave, as she was expecting her fifth child.

Though, as of this publication, the actress has yet to reveal details surrounding the birth, back in March, she announced “a little secret” on her official blog and shared, “I’m almost 7 months pregnant! Our family is beyond excited, and my kids are over the moon. It’s such a special time in our home — so much love, energy, and anticipation!”

Fans were so excited to hear that the star had returned and was taping scenes in order to bring Steffy home and we can’t wait to see what happens when the character is finally back in the mix!
