#BreakingNews RHOBH Star Kim Richards OFFICIALLY ARRESTED đ±đ
Kim Richards is reportedly struggling with her sobriety after years of being transparent about her addiction on âThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.â
According to TMZ, Kim was involved in a dispute with sister, Kyle Richards, on Wednesday over the former reality starâs alleged relapse into her alcohol addiction.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to People that law enforcement responded to an incident at a home in the Encino, Calif., area.Â
A source also told the outlet that Kyle, 55, owns a home, which Kim, 60, has allegedly been living in.
The spokesperson told the outlet that officers responded to âkeep the peaceâ after a female reportedly violated a restraining order. After conducting their investigation, law enforcement determined that there was no order on file and no crimes took place.
âBoth parties were informed of the eviction process, and officers kept the peace,â added officials, who did not confirm Kim and Kyleâs alleged involvement in the incident.
TMZ also reported that the family has currently cut off all contact with Kim in hopes the shut-out will help her get sober again.
According to the outlet, Kim was staying in a Hilton hotel in the L.A. area earlier this month when an incident occurred, and Kyle was called. The âHalloweenâ actress allegedly showed up to find Kim under the influence and refusing to leave despite being asked to.
Kim was reportedly placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold and taken to a hospital. After her release, Kyle allegedly allowed Kim to stay in a home she owns until she got back on her feet.
The Post reached out to Kim and Kyleâs reps for comment.
Kimâs sobriety journey became the topic of conversation for many years on âRHOBHâ since Kyle famously outed the actress to be an alcoholic in 2010 during Season 1.
A year later, Kim, who left the show in Season 5, entered rehab.
The star got arrested for public intoxication and entered a treatment center again in April 2015. However, she left the Malibu treatment facility for her daughterâs nuptials in May 2015 before checking herself back in two weeks later.
Kim reflected on her struggles with alcohol addiction to People a year later.
She explained that she had her âfirst real drinkâ when she was 24 years old, and her addiction started after her split from her second husband, Gregg Davis, in 1991.Â
A glass of wine at night escalated into much more. âI started noticing I was drinking a lot,â she revealed at the time. âThatâs when my issue started.â
In December 2016, Kim gushed over being five years sober.
âBefore I started the show, life was really good and then, you know, things happened and it wasnât,â she told the outlet. âAnd it wasnât just my relapse that was hard, but I went through a depression as well after that.â
âIâm just so grateful to be where I am today, and to be this happy and have life this good and have the relationships that I have ⊠I feel so blessed,â admitted Kim. âI feel powerful. I feel so grateful. Honestly. Life is so amazing today. I wake up happy. I go to sleep happy.â

Deacon Faces the Fallout
Deaconâs (Sean Kanan) world came crashing down when he learns that Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) kept the ultimate secret â that Luna was alive all along. The revelation shattered the trust that was holding their marriage together. Still reeling from the betrayal, Deacon reaches out for help instead of retreating into denial or anger. For a man whoâs fought his demons alone for years, admitting he needs support marks a pivotal turning point.
As Deacon struggles to reconcile love and loyalty with disappointment and disgust, Sheilaâs silence speaks volumes. Her decision to hide Lunaâs survival wasnât just a lie â it was proof that sheâs not quite as reformed as sheâs seemed..
Taylor Becomes His Confidant
Deaconâs next move surprises everyone. He turns to Taylor (Rebecca Budig) for guidance, beginning therapy sessions that pull back layers of guilt, anger, and loss. Their sessions give him a chance to finally name the emotions heâs buried under humor and bravado. Taylorâs compassionate but unflinching approach helps Deacon see that his marriage to Sheila may be beyond saving â and that itâs time to rebuild his life, not just repair it. Of course, Sheila wonât like seeing her husband getting cozy with the psychologist.
Deke and Hope Step In
Deke (Harrison Cone â hereâs what to know) watches his father fall apart and feels the weight of his own helplessness. Saddened by Deaconâs pain, he turns to his sister, Hope (Annika Noelle, who got married), for support. Their quiet conversation becomes the emotional heartbeat of the week â two siblings realizing that, despite their own complicated relationships with Deacon, they can still stand by him now.
As the week closes, The Bold and the Beautiful sets the stage for redemption, reconciliation, and reflection. Whether Deaconâs therapy leads to healing or heartbreak, one thing is certain â his next chapter will be defined by honesty, not illusion.
