The Golden Bachelor's Peg Munson Isn't The Best Match For Mel Owens
However, The Golden Bachelor season 2 began with Mel apologizing to the 23 women in his cast, and he began to make some strong connections. As Mel heads to Antigua for his overnight Fantasy Suite dates, he'll have to decide between his final two women: Cindy, a 60-year-old divorced retired biomedical engineer from Austin, Texas; and Peg, a 62-year-old divorced retired firefighter and bomb tech from Las Vegas, Nevada. However, Peg isn't the best match for him.
Mel & Peg Haven't Told Each Other 'I Love You' Yet

During her hometown date, Peg told her mother that she would say yes if Mel proposed to her, which was surprising considering that they hadn't even said, "I love you," to each other yet. However, Cindy told Mel that she was falling for him, as did Debbie Siebers, who received a hometown date, and Cheryl Steele, who was in Mel's final five women.
In addition, Mel told Peg's daughter, Dakota, that he wasn't in love with her mom yet. He also admitted that he didn't know if he could get there by the end of the journey. After the hometown date, Peg told host Jesse Palmer that she had feelings for Mel, but she was really nervous.
If Mel and Peg haven't expressed feelings of love by now, then it's likely that they never will. Mel should choose a woman who he's really sure about, so that his relationship lasts. Also, if Peg doesn't tell him how she feels, then he might not choose her because he doesn't want to get hurt again. Mel has expressed on the show that he doesn't take saying those three little words lightly because he's only said them once, and he later got his heart broken during his divorce.
If Peg and Mel don't tell each other that they're in love with each other during her Fantasy Suite date, then there's a good possibility that their relationship will end. In order for their romance to continue, they're going to have to let down their walls and be honest about their feelings.
Mel & Peg Seem More Like Great Friends
Peg and Mel had a wonderful time at the Orange County Fair during her one-on-one date. They played carnival games, made each other laugh, and danced together at the KC and The Sunshine Band concert. However, throughout the date, they seemed more like great friends than people who were on a date.
Still, Mel and Peg might realize that, while they really enjoy each other's company, their relationship is based more on friendship than anything romantic.
Peg's Daughter Wasn't Sure About Mel
When Peg's daughter, Dakota, met Mel, she was left unsatisfied with his answers about how he felt about her mom. In her confessional, Dakota admitted that she wished that he was more sure about his feelings. She told Peg that he was a nice man, but she was worried that Peg would let her guard down and then get hurt at the end of the journey.
However, Peg told her that if she didn't take the risk, then she wouldn't gain anything. She also insisted that she and Mel really had an authentic connection. Dakota told the cameras that she thought Peg had feelings for Mel, and she'd more than support their relationship. She felt that he seemed genuine and was a good match for Peg, but she hoped that he could continue to show her that he really was the person that Peg deserves.
Although Dakota said that she'd accept Mel if he treated her mother right, if she eventually feels that he's not doing that, then there could be conflict between them. Their conversation was a bit tense at points as Dakota tried to get Mel to open up about his feelings. However, Dakota was right: if Mel is unsure about Peg, then he should let her go.
Although Peg and Mel are building a connection, it seems more like a friendship than a romance. Both of them deserve to have a romantic relationship that's deep and meaningful. Of course, this could develop during their overnight Fantasy Suite date, but, if it doesn't, then they should end their relationship. Even though Mel and Peg really like each other, they don't seem to be each other's person. Mel shouldn't choose Peg at the end of
Kyle Richards Says There Will Be Things Fans Will 'Not Expect' in RHOBH Season 15

Kyle Richards says Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans should get ready for some shake ups in the show’s upcoming 15th season.

Richards, 56, caught up with PEOPLE exclusively while attending the Anastasia Soare and Oprah Winfrey in Conversation at Raising Brows event in L.A. on Oct. 23. During the discussion, she said that viewers can expect some new faces and dynamics when the show returns to Bravo on Dec. 4.
“The dynamics between everybody has just changed so much, and things you just would not expect, and a lot of people are changing,” she teases.
Richards adds, “And we have a lot of new blood in the group, so I think the audience is going to be very excited this season.”
The reality star — who has been a part of RHOBH since the show's inception and has never skipped a season — also reveals whether she plans to retire from the series any time soon.

“Listen, that day obviously will come,” she says. “It's been a long time. Fifteen years. It really is. It’s a long time. I don't know how long this can go on, how long I can go on for.”

“There have been different times, season 5, I think maybe even before," she says, adding, "I can think of a number of seasons where I almost walked away."
Continuing, she adds, "But 15 years is a long time, and there's things I want to do, and it takes up a lot of time. And [my youngest daughter] Portia is going to college, so who knows."
Richards has previously opened up about the challenges of being on a hit reality show, noting that it can be difficult to live life under a microscope.
“I mean, it's very difficult for your life [to be] out there and have the world weighing in on analyzing things and people not knowing you know the full scope of full details,” she told PEOPLE while attending An Unforgettable Evening Benefiting the Women’s Cancer Research Fund event in Beverly Hills, Calif., in April.
“And judging you without being able to explain everything, it's very difficult. So it depends on what year and what season, whether I can handle it or not,” she added.
While speaking to PEOPLE at the recent Raising Brows event, Richards also provided an update on friend and former RHOBH castmate Teddi Mellencamp, 44, who recently revealed that her stage 4 cancer is in remission.

“Teddi is doing a lot better,” Richards says.
She continues, “She had posted on her Instagram Story that she's cancer free, so we just keep praying and keep her on that path. And she does struggle with getting depressed often, so sometimes it’s just about going over, just dragging her out of the house, honestly. When she doesn't really want to do anything, when she’s feeling down. And we just show up and say, ‘No, we're going to get frozen yogurt,’ or, ‘We're going on a walk.’ ”

“It's really, really crazy, but she's been so strong and such a trooper. I just have so much admiration for her," she adds.
