Jenna Johnson Recalls ‘Biggest Fight’ With Bachelor’s Joey Graziadei During ‘DWTS’ Rehearsals
Jenna Johnson and Joey Graziadei “got along very well” during the entirety of Dancing With the Stars — however, the pressure of the finale did get the best of them at one point.
During the Thursday, October 16, episode of the “Dancing With the Stars Official Podcast,” the season 33 winners recalled the heightened intensity of their personal lives surrounding the final dance.
“I low-key had bronchitis. You were moving, trying to figure out where you were gonna live with [your fiancée]
The former Bachelor star, 30, said “the emotions came into play,” and it didn’t help that Johnson was “mad that she was sick.”
“We had to learn a full new hour, like a whole minute and 30 cha-cha on top of a freestyle and it was a full new dance,” Graziadei explained.
Johnson admitted that the main reason behind their disagreement was that she “felt the pressure” on her.
“I knew that you had it in you to win and I did not want to let you down or this opportunity down,” she revealed. “So I was feeling all of the emotions. I was exhausted. I also hadn’t seen my baby or put him to sleep in weeks.”
The pro dancer — who shares son Rome with husband Val Chmerkovskiy — said she was feeling “mom guilt” and everything hit her in this “one moment.”
“We were sitting in studio 5. I will never forget,” she recalled. “My eyes start watering up and you were saying you don’t know how you’re going to move. And I was like, ‘You’re not going to figure out how to move? I haven’t put my son to sleep and I don’t feel like you’re present!’ And you were like, ‘I’m going to have to defend myself on this one.’”
Johnson went on to admit that Graziadei’s line about defending himself is something that she and Chmerkovskiy, 39, still quote to each other.
“It was so genuine, Joey. You weren’t defensive. You were just like, ‘I hear you, but I’m going to have to defend myself on this one,’” she said. “That was our biggest fight. It was incredible.”
Graziadei clarified that he was trying to tell Johnson that he was “all in” and committed to their final dance.
“We’ve been here for eight hours today. Like, I’m here. I’m just letting you know what’s going on outside my life,” he shared.
Following his explanation, Johnson “publicly apologized” to Graziadei.
“It was not my best moment. I’m so sorry,” she said before Graziadei added, “It all worked out. … It’s all good.”
Dancing With the Stars airs on ABC and Disney+ Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET, with new episodes streaming the next day on Hulu.

#BreakingNews RHOBH’s Erika Jayne OFFICIALLY ARRESTED for FRAUD involving ex-husband Tom Girardi 😱💔

Los Angeles, CA — The glamorous yet controversial Real Housewives of Beverly H sErika Ja h
Authorities confirmed early Tuesday morning that Erika Jayne, 53, was taken into custody at her Los Angeles home
“She looked completely stunned,” one eyewitness reported. “She was in a robe and appeared to have been asleep when agents came to the door. No cameras, no glam squad—just shock.”
According to preliminary reports, Erika faces multiple counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, money laundering, and aiding and abetting her ex-husband’s former law firm in what prosecutors are calling “a long-running pattern of financial deception.”
From Diamonds to Depositions
The arrest marks a dramatic fall for the reality-TV icon who once sang about living a “XXpen$ive” life and flaunted designer labels, private jets, and diamond-studded accessories. For years, she and Tom Girardi appeared to epitomize Beverly Hills luxury—until the walls began to close in.
Girardi, once a powerhouse attorney celebrated for the Erin Brockovich case, has already faced disbarment and multiple criminal indictments for allegedly stealing settlement funds from clients. Now, prosecutors claim Erika played a
“willful and active role” in concealing those funds through shell companies and extravagant purchases.
A federal spokesperson told reporters, “Evidence links Ms. Girardi—known publicly as Erika Jayne—to financial transfers exceeding seven million dollars used for luxury goods, entertainment expenses, and off-book accounts connected to Girardi Keese.”
Inside the Investigation
Sources close to law enforcement say investigators spent months tracking the flow of money between Girardi Keese and several entertainment entities tied to Erika’s brand, Pretty Mess Inc.
. The indictment alleges that company accounts were used to mask stolen funds and to pay for private jets, designer fashion, and expensive performances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
Court documents suggest that investigators recently obtained emails and bank statements showing Erika’s signatures on several key transactions.
“This wasn’t a matter of ignorance anymore,” said one federal source. “There’s enough evidence to show participation—not just benefit.”
Hollywood and Bravo React
Within minutes of the news breaking, the Bravo universe erupted. Fans, former castmates, and even rival Housewives flooded social media with disbelief.
“No way—Erika Jayne in cuffs? 2025 is wild,” one fan posted.
“From Beverly Hills mansion to the county jail—unbelievable,” another wrote.
Bravo producers have yet to comment publicly, but insiders claim cameras were not rolling during the arrest. However, speculation is rampant that the aftermath will dominate the upcoming season’s storyline.
“Producers are in crisis mode,” an insider said. “They were already filming confessionals for the new season. This changes everything.”
Tom Girardi’s Shadow
Erika’s ex-husband, Tom Girardi, 85, remains under house arrest while awaiting trial for his role in allegedly embezzling settlement funds from victims of plane crashes, medical malpractice, and other high-profile lawsuits.
For years, Erika maintained that she had no knowledge of Tom’s alleged crimes, insisting she was blindsided when the scandal first broke in 2020. Her position became a central storyline on
RHOBH, where she clashed bitterly with co-stars over questions about her involvement.
Now, prosecutors say they’ve found direct links tying her to several accounts previously thought to be under Girardi’s exclusive control.
Behind Bars and Under Fire
Following her arrest, Erika Jayne was booked at the Metropolitan Detention Center in downtown Los Angeles. According to official records, she was processed at approximately 7:15 a.m. and is expected to make her first court appearance later this week.
Her attorneys have already filed motions for bail, claiming the charges are “overreaching” and that Erika intends to “vigorously defend herself.”
“Ms. Jayne is not guilty of any wrongdoing,” her legal team said in a statement. “She has cooperated fully with investigators and looks forward to clearing her name.”
The Internet Erupts
Across X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok, Bravo fans are dissecting every detail, from her alleged booking photo to past reunion clips. Memes comparing her now-infamous “Pretty Mess” persona to her new reality are spreading like wildfire.
“Erika Jayne said it’s ‘XXpen$ive to be me’—guess the Feds agreed,” one viral tweet read.
“Lisa Rinna somewhere sipping champagne watching the chaos,” joked another.
What’s Next for the RHOBH Star
Legal experts predict a lengthy court battle that could stretch for years. If convicted, Erika Jayne faces potential prison time and the forfeiture of millions in assets, including jewelry and property once featured on RHOBH.
Meanwhile, Bravo is reportedly assessing whether to suspend or terminate her contract amid the legal turmoil. “This could either destroy her TV career or make her the most infamous Housewife of all time,” said one network source.
A Glamour Empire in Collapse
From chart-topping singles and Las Vegas residencies to red-carpet appearances, Erika Jayne built a brand around power, extravagance, and unapologetic confidence. Now, the woman who once ruled Beverly Hills with couture heels finds herself facing a stark new reality—one defined by lawyers, courtrooms, and headlines instead of sequins and champagne.
