Bills star RB James Cook savagely does the Dolphins dirty in response to ‘trash’ question
The Buffalo Bills are riding high after a Week 8 blowout win over the Carolina Panthers, but running back James Cook just added fuel to the AFC East fire. A viral podcast moment has now become bulletin board material for the Miami Dolphins ahead of their rematch in two weeks down in South Beach. The last time these teams met, Buffalo came out on top 31–21 in a Week 3 Thursday Night Football clash.

Appearing on Underdog’s The Arena: Gridiron, the two-time Pro Bowler was quizzed about his first 100-yard rushing performance in the NFL. When Cook hesitated, host Kinsey Wolanski gave him a savage hint.
“This team is trash.”
That’s all Cook needed.
Co-host Aqib Talib and the studio erupted in laughter. The correct answer was the Las Vegas Raiders, but the comment from Cook about the Dolphins had already landed—and fans were quick to clip it.
Underdog’s official X (formerly known as Twitter), posted a video of the exchange Tuesday afternoon with a caption that perfectly captured the moment.
“The Dolphins caught a stray from James Cook ”
The internet didn’t miss a beat. Within minutes, fans flooded the comments, Dolphins supporters fuming and Bills Mafia celebrating. Whether meant as a joke or not, Cook’s reaction became instant ammo in one of the league’s most unpredictable rivalries.
The timing couldn’t have been better (or worse, depending on your view). Cook had just posted a career-high 216 yards and two touchdowns in a 409 demolition of the Panthers just two days prior. The moment instantly gained traction, with post surpassing 200K views.
To be fair, the Dolphins haven’t consistently struggled to contain Cook. In seven career meetings, they’ve held him under 45 rushing yards in four of those games. But in Week 3 of this season, he torched Miami for 108 yards and a touchdown—his highest total in the AFC East divisional rivalry so far.
The running back’s comments during the podcast may have been light-hearted, but they landed hard. With a Week 10 rematch set for November 9 in South Beach, the clip is bound to resurface.
Add in the Dolphins vs. Bills history, and this moment might just spark the most personal AFC East showdown of the season.
PHOTO: Garcelle Beauvais & Sutton Stracke Have Awkward Near-Run-In on Red Carpet Days After Garcelle Confirmed End of Friendship

Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke seemingly had a near-run-in during an event on Sunday at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California.

Days after detailing an unexpected encounter with Mauricio Umansky, 55, and Paul “PK” Kemsley, 58, the 58-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum attended AFI Fest’s closing night gala premiere of Song Sung Blue, where she appeared to be faced with an awkward moment with Sutton, 54.
“Sutton and Garcelle walking the red carpet near each other last night at AFI FEST, which was the world premiere of Song Sung Blue starring Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson,” read the caption of a photo shared by Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram of the October 26 event.

As RHOBH fans may have seen, Garcelle appeared on Watch What Happens Live just days before the event, where she confirmed that her and Sutton’s friendship was over for good.
“Not only [did she not] have my back [at the reunion]. She also, when she called me, never took accountability for it. And that hurt my feelings a lot,” she explained on the October 23 episode.
As for her run-in with Mauricio, the estranged husband of Kyle Richards, 56, and PK, the estranged husband of Dorit Kemsley, 49, Garcelle spoke of their meeting with Us Weekly on October 21.
“I recently went to dinner with a girlfriend, and who did I run into? PK [Kemsley] and Mauricio [Umansky],” Garcelle revealed. “PK said, ‘Garcelle, on a scale of one to 10, how do you feel after the show?’ I said, ‘30,’ and they started cracking up.”
According to Garcelle, being on RHOBH “was fun,” but having “a little privacy is nice.”
She also appreciates dating away from the spotlight.
“That was the tricky part for me. My first season, I did have someone in my life, and you know it, not everybody wants to sign up for that,” she explained. “And the kind of guy I want to be with, I don’t want him to want to be on a reality show. That’s just me.”
“I’m dating, and it’s fun,” she continued. “I’m finding a good balance, and my heart is open. So, we’ll see what happens.”
While Garcelle admitted it was “tough to be in that fishbowl,” she said she “took a lot away with me from it.”
“But I’m also happy that I get to spend more time with my kids before they go off to college. And I get to do all these great creative things that I like to do,” she reasoned.
Since leaving RHOBH, Garcelle has been focused on family and other projects, including Lifetime’s Taken at a Truck Stop: A Black Girl Missing Movie.
“It’s always been important. I think until we no longer have to talk about the disparity of when Black and brown people go missing — we don’t get the same coverage — hopefully we’ll continue to do these movies,” she shared.
“What I really want is to bring awareness and get people talking and hold people accountable that can help find these missing women, boys, everybody,” she added.
